These breakfast sausages (Jimmy Dean style) are a lean pork sausage patty usually served at breakfast in the United States. Our sausage patties are infused with black pepper, sage thyme, parsley, cayenne and a hint of our homemade bacon pieces. Extra zing added for a spicier experience.
Normally fried in a pan or grilled. Some people like to put maple syrup onto their breakfast sausages. Can also be mixed into an egg casserole before baking.
