Prime cut gammon joint ham. Cured in our lightly salted brine. NOT COOKED to allow for a personalized home cooking sensation that can be enjoyed with any favourite spices. For best result I recommend cooking sous vide style, as per our sliced black peppered ham. (P450 per kilo, range 1-2 kilos)
